Where is Green Space Festival happening?

The festival site is Barbara Hall Park, next to The 519, at 519 Church Street, Toronto.

Do I need a ticket?

All our 2024 events are free. You do not need a ticket to attend Starry Night, Disco Disco, One World, Lipstick Jungle or Treehouse Party. You do need a ticket for Special Experiences, such as Meet & Greets or The Reception.

I’m under 19, can I come?

Our events are All Ages. Everyone is welcome!

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

We do not allow food or drinks from outside into the venue. We do have a food stand on site. If you wish, you may bring an empty bottle, which you can refill at our water fountain. Caregivers may bring in food for their children.

If I leave the site, will I have to wait in line to get back in?

Unless you’re a Club 519 member or a Festival Sponsor, you will have to wait in line again to enter the site.

Can I bring my backpack or purse into the venue?

All bags are subject to search. We reserve the right to deny entry. The less you bring, the faster you get in!

Is the site accessible?

Yes, our site is fully accessible. If you use a wheelchair or mobility device, you may enter through the Exit  at the corner of Church street and Monteith. Just follow the signage.

Can I bring a lawn chair to Starry Night?

Space is limited, so chairs are not allowed. If you have mobility issues, or cannot stand for long periods of time for health reasons, please advise our Welcome Team, and they will direct you to a designated viewing area.

Are animals allowed?

We are unfortunately unable to welcome pets. If you have a service animal, please connect with a member of our guest services team when you arrive.

Are events cancelled if it rains?

We go on, rain or shine, unless the weather is so extreme it becomes unsafe.

How are you keeping guests safe?

We want to make sure people are not just partying for a cause, but also partying safely. We have teams of harm reduction workers to help keep guests safe, along with on site medics. We work closely with our security team to ensure that guests are safe and treated respectfully.

Which forms of payment do you accept at the bar?

Accepted forms of payment are Interac debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Tap, Swipe, or insert and use pin. No cash accepted. You may also use prepaid cards bearing Interac, Visa, or Mastercard logo.

I lost something. Where’s Lost and Found?

If you lost an item at the festival, you can ask at the front desk of The 519 the next day. During the festival, the centre is closed to the public, but you can ask one of the staff members outside, and they will escort you in. The centre is also closed on the Monday following the festival. You can call the front desk at 416-392-6874
